Synopsis:
LP10 at No.1 Lohas Park Road is Phase 10 of the residential development of Lohas Park comprising 2 residential towers with 46 to 50 residential floors resting on a 5 storey-podium and to be constructed on top of existing MTRC Tsuen Kwan O depot. To facilitate re-arranged layout design of tower from MTRC’s original design and under the constraint of preserved loading from existing depot and as-built foundation, “Double Transfer Plates” was adopted between in the superstructure construction for loading redistribution to suit the reserved load of the existing depot.

 

About the Speaker:
Ir Mo Jiaxuan Leo is an Associate Director of C M Wong & Associates Ltd. He has been working for the firm since 2013 and he is the project in charge of LP10 development. Mr. Mo has over 11 years of experience of wide varieties of works including planning, design, project administration and supervision of building projects, including both Reinforced Concrete and Steel Modular Integrated Construction developments. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (MHKIE) and a Registered Professional Engineer (RPE).
